What We Provide

We offer sales training, coaching, software, and related educational products for real estate professionals. Descriptions, features, and pricing may change at any time.

No Guarantee of Results

Any results, figures, or case studies shown on this site — including sales volume, lead counts, or income — are examples of what specific individuals have achieved. They are not typical, not promises, and not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or any results. Your outcome depends on your market, your effort, your budget, your existing skill, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, listings, or any amount of income.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice. Real estate licensing, advertising, and solicitation rules vary by state — including rules governing cold calling and the Do Not Call registry. You are responsible for your own compliance.

Purchases, Billing & Cancellation

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Subscription products, including Nucci AI, bill on a recurring basis until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

Refunds

Refund terms are stated at the point of purchase for each product and are part of these terms. Coaching, bootcamp, and other live or capacity-limited programs may be non-refundable once access is granted or the program has begun.

Intellectual Property

All scripts, frameworks, recordings, curriculum, and materials are owned by Nucci Consulting LLC and licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or republish them, or use them to build a competing training product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site or our software, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our tools in violation of any applicable law, including telemarketing and privacy laws.

Third-Party Services

Some offerings are provided by third parties, including our SEO placement partner. Those services are subject to the provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for their performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nucci Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
