I grew up in Detroit playing video games and barely graduated with a 1.8 GPA. Working construction for my grandfather, I watched a realtor step out of a Range Rover and decided that was the life I wanted. Before real estate I scaled a marketing agency to $600K in year one and exited through a buyout. Then I moved to Miami with zero network and one weapon: the phone.

In under 4 years I built $100M+ in luxury sales entirely through cold calling, repping properties at the top of the South Florida market with Douglas Elliman.
